Then there was also a lady that when my wife had looked online, the product wasn't at that store and I didn't know so instead of trying to sell something else, she got on a computer and called the salesman at the other place and made sure they had it in stock. There was one younger gentleman and he was an excellent salesman, he wasn't pushing the product on me, he just gave me time to find what I needed and if I had questions, he was always there. I wish I remembered the names of the 2 people that helped me out. They made sure not to scrape any walls and when they brought in the fridge, they hooked it up with no problems, they did a good job. The delivery service was right on time and the delivery guys were good. People are coming in there to buy and they are ultimately going to buy what they want. So, the customer has to do a bit of searching and I get what they are doing there, but I would say that they should just leave it open and honest as possible. They have discounted products in there but then they have other fridges and washer and dryer units that are bunched in the back for no one to really see. I think that they could probably organize their products a little bit better, specially as far as having discounted items on the floor.
